We’ve been working with myclimate for one year. Until now, the Swiss environmental protection charity was primarily known for selling so-called climate tickets to offset CO2 emissions from air travel. Our unusual fundraising campaign last year showed that other sectors can also contribute to climate protection too. Whenever we disposed of blinds or rolling shutters, money was put into a collection pot for myclimate. In 2009, we managed to raise a total of CHF 100,000 – a figure which not only delighted the charity myclimate, but also us. As a traditional Swiss company, we’re setting new standards for suppliers to the construction industry in how we deal with resources and energy.
We can’t wait to see how much we’ve raised in 2010!
