G 4000 is the most stable folding arm awning on the market. The series is made up of cassette awnings featuring all-round protection. As with the Opal^® series, after you roll the awning up, the mechanics and awning fabric are hidden away in a cassette. A wind safety locking mechanism is integrated in the pivoted joint. The arm parts are made from drop-forged aluminum. An additional steel chain in the middle hinge and up to three steel springs provide stability and optimum arm and fabric tension. The incline of the pivoted joints can be continuously adjusted between 5° and 40°. If you find this isn't enough if the sun is very low in the sky, you would be better advised to choose the Volant-Plus equipment version as an option.
